On August 24, 2005 Thomson Scientific brought an enhanced version of Current Contents Connect to a group of customers who had never accessed it via ISI Web of Knowledge^SM. These customers can now take advantage of new capabilities, personalized options, and more convenience than ever before.

Current Contents Connect is updated daily, and also offers new content — both current and retrospective.

• eFirst, which delivers full bibliographic information from journals before each issue is published.
  Users will find eFirst data in their regular searches and alerts, with links to the full text.
  Current Contents Connect is the only source for multidisciplinary, multi-publisher, pre-published articles
• Backfile data to 1998, which provides a valuable retrospective perspective
