A powerful new feature—Times Cited—was added to Web of Science and PsycINFO at the end of December 2004.

The Times Cited count and link were added to Search results Summary page. Next to each record on the Search results Summary page is the count of the number of times that record has been cited, and a link to a page displaying the papers which cited the record.
